Use of Cookies
This website uses cookies to simplify its operations. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser saves on your device. When you access the same site again, cookies allow for renewed recognition of your device.

Among others, this leads to data that you have prior entered being available upon newly filling-out a contact or order form. We generally us cookies that are automatically deleted from your device upon termination of your internet browser (so-called “Session Cookies”). Other cookies remain on your device so that it will be recognized upon your next visit (so-called “Lasting Cookies”).

You can alter the saving of cookies at any time by accessing your browser settings and selecting the function “do not accept cookies”. We note, however, that in such case you may no longer be able to fully use our website.

Online Forms
Our website offers various functions (e.g., for contact, service or appointment services). When using these forms, we collect, process and store personal data. The data you provide via our online forms is transferred to us via email by our provider. We only use this collected data for processing your query. After processing has been completed, the collected data is deleted. Additionally, the data collected in such forms is stored in a databank on a webserver alongside the users IP-address. Such storage serves to protect against spam. Such data is then deleted from the server after 7 days. No further usage for other purposes nor any transfer to any third party takes place.

Server Logfiles
Upon accessing a website, our host’s webserver stores certain data in logfiles. Among others, such logfiles include: the address of the accessed site (URL), the browser used, the referrer, the time and date of access and system used by the visitor. To these ends, the server uses Apache’s standardized combined-logfile-format. Storage of this data supports error detection and analysis in case of any functionality problems arising on the server (e.g., errors relating to accessibility or attacks by hackers or spambots).

As a general rule, no combining of this data with other data sources, including in particular with personal user data, takes place. We do, however, reserve the right in cases of breach of contract or of our terms and conditions or legal violation to examine any logfiles still stored. This serves primarily to ensure the safety and protection of user data.

Website visitor and user IP-addresses are thereby stored pseudonymized form, i.e. the user’s actual IP-address is not stored in the logfile. Creating a personal inference via the IP-address is therefore not possible.

External Provider Services

To shorten user loading times and to increase the scope of functions, this website uses APIs and CDNs of various external service providers, for example to supply web fonts, imaging certain cards or script libraries commonly used for quicker loading. This also requires that these external service providers of such content must first be made aware of the user’s IP-address, as otherwise they could not transfer the content to the user’s IP-address. An IP-address is therefore required in order to show such content. We endeavor to only work with such content providers who each only use IP-addresses to deliver content. Here you fill find an overview of such respective third-party providers, their content and links to their data protection declarations, which contain further information regarding data processing and appeal options (so-called “Opt-Outs”).

(“Google”). Google uses cookies. As a general rule, information acquired via such cookies regarding usage of the online service offering is transferred to and stored in a Google server in the United States.

Google will use this information on our behalf to analyze usage of our online service offering, to create reports regarding activities within such online service offering and to provide further services to us relating to internet usage. Pseudonymized user profiles can thereby be created based on the user data processed.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP-anonymization. That means that user IP-addresses will only be shortened in member states of the European Union or in member states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will a full IP-address be sent to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The IP-address transferred from the user’s browser is not combined with other Google data.  Users can prevent cookies by a corresponding adjustment of their browser software; furthermore, users can prevent the collection of data created by the cookie relating to their use of the online services as well as their processing by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available via the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
